Program terms
- Approval is required.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly.
- No spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, self-referrals or impersonation.
- Only BYOK license sales earn commission. Processing-minute purchases and OpenAI usage are excluded.
- Commission is based on the BYOK price before tax and before payment or payout fees.
- Any refund or dispute cancels the commission; amounts already paid are deducted from future earnings.
- Fraudulent activity may result in suspension.
- You are responsible for your PayPal account and applicable taxes.
- Contact support for account recovery or changes.
