There is no support inbox. Obiklip runs no server and no mailbox, so Telegram is the one address that reaches a person.
Before you write
Most of what goes wrong has a short answer in Troubleshooting - an export that stops, an API key that is refused, an analysis that will not start. It is worth a minute first.
What to tell me
Whatever you have is better than nothing, but a report gets a real answer faster with:

| What you did | The step you were on when it went wrong, and what you expected instead. |
| The recording | Roughly how long it is and where it came from. Please do not send the video itself - I will ask if I ever need it. |
| The exact message | If Obiklip showed one, the words it used, or a screenshot of it. |
Ideas
If Obiklip nearly does what you need but stops short, that is worth writing about too. A specific description of the work you were trying to finish is more useful than a feature name.
